Our Philosophy

Nouveau is locally owned and operated, established in 1997, our philosophy is one of pure and simple pampering.

Reservations are recommended and credit cards are required at time of booking.
Group Reservations
Let our Spa Coordinator schedule your group event. Call for further details 251-380-2900 or email nouveau@nouveaudayspa.com.
Service Guarantee
We stand by our services. No Refunds. Due to the nature of some services, this guarantee may vary. All adjustment services will be evaluated within a 7 day window by the Department Director.
Children and Valuables
Our spa is a place of relaxation and serenity for all of our clients. Children and infants can not accompany adults who are receiving treatments, and can not be left unattended while their parents receive services. Children 11 and above are certainly welcome if they have an appointment for services and are accompanied by an adult.
Please refrain from bringing any valuables to the Spa. We regret that we can not be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles, For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robe that is provided. Also note, cell phones are not permitted in Spa “Quiet Zone.”
NouVeau Gift Certificates
• Must present certificate at time of service.
• Certificates are valid for products or services , are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
• Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Other restrictions may apply.
All Nouveau on Dauphin promotions cannot be combined OR used with other promotional offers.
Prices do not include gratuities. All parties are subject to 20% gratuity. Package prices do not include gratuity but it can be added at time of payment.
We will exchange or credit any retail purchased if returned within 7 days. Hair pieces or make-up items and styling tools cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellation Policy
Nouveau requires a credit card to reserve all appointments. In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment we do require a 24 hour notice so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. All Spa packages or Group events require 48 hour cancellation notice. In the case of a same day cancellation or no show, you will be charged a fee up to 50% of your total service.
Please note that we want to treat our customers to the full ritual, however arriving late may make this difficult for us. We will do what we can but late comers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.
