Established in 1997, Nouveau On Dauphin is locally owned and operated. Our philosophy is one of pure & simple pampering.

Service Guarantee

We offer a 100% guarantee on all services. No Refunds. Due to the nature of some services, this guarantee may vary. All redo requests will be evaluated within a 7 day window by the Department Director prior to booking.

Children and Valuables

Our spa is a place of relaxation and serenity for all of our clients. Children and infants can not accompany adults who are receiving treatments, and can not be left unattended while their parents receive services. Children 11 and above are certainly welcome if they have an appointment for services and are accompanied by an adult.
Please refrain from bringing any valuables to the Spa. We regret that we can not be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles, For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robe that is provided. Also note, cell phones are not permitted in Spa “Quiet Zone.”

NouVeau Gift Certificates

• Certificates must be present at time of service.
• Certificates are valid for products or services, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
• Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be returned.
• Other restrictions may apply.

Promotions

All Nouveau on Dauphin promotions cannot be combined OR used with other promotional offers.

Gratuities

Prices do not include gratuities. All parties are subject to 20% gratuity. Package prices do not include gratuity but it can be added at time of payment.

Returns

If you decide that your product is not right for you, we will exchange it for another product OR credit your Nouveau account if returned within 7 days. No cash or credit card refunds – exchanges or Nouveau credit only. Hair pieces, make-up items and styling tools cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy

We are happy to reserve time for you. In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, a 24 hour notice is required…72 hours for groups, without being charged for the reserved services. In the case of a same day cancellation or no show, you will be charged a fee up to 100% of your total service. We know that things happen, however, this is unused time and it affects the salon as well as your technicians.

Tardiness

Please note that we want to treat our customers to the full ritual, however arriving late may make this difficult for us. We will do what we can but late comers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.
